Our rentals are cleaned at every pick up and drop off to ensure a worry free experience.

Safety is our number one priority. All of our inflatables are meticulously maintained and constructed in quality lead free vinyl. Every unit is inspected at pick up and drop off for wear and tear.

Water should never be used on a bounce house or slide that was not designed to be wet. We do carry waterslides for your wet and wild events!

Do not use any substance(ie, dish soap) on any of the inflatables. Doing so poses a safety risk and could cause additional cleaning fees or damage to the equipment.

All of our inflatables can be set up on Grass, Concrete, or even Indoors. Please let us know what surface we will be setting up on when you make your reservation so we can accommodate.

We use steel stakes to secure our inflatables to the ground. Please identify the location of all sprinklers or underground utilities before we arrive. Where stakes are not a viable option, we have weights that can be used to secure the unit.

All base rental prices include up to 6 hours.

After 6 hours, it is only 10% of the rental price per hour to continue your fun!

Full day rentals are a maximum of 10 hours. (10AM Dropoff, 8PM pickup.)

Multi-day rentals, each additional day is 50% of the base rental price.

Tents, Tables and Chairs are rented on a PER DAY basis.

Yes we do! As a Veteran owned business, we have base access.

Set up and tear down time does not count towards your rental.

We will arrive up to 4 hours prior to your start time and up to 4 hours after your end time. Any extra time is on us!

During set up, we will provide one-on-one training in the safe use of our equipment.

We prioritize public/rented venues for pick up. A team member will be in contact with you the day of your rental to let you know what time to expect us.

We will fully refund your deposit or reschedule your rental for cancellations due to inclement weather if you contact us before 5PM the day prior.

Setting up at public locations generally require a permit. We do not recommend this for small venues.

Please call us before booking at a public location. Any booking at a public location without prior approval will be cancelled.

Yes we do! We offer a 10% discount for all Active Duty and Retired service members.
